And there’s no one to help you get started. You’re also not operating at the same scale as a professional, so many of the tools and utensils are not a perfect fit for you or the dish you want to prepare.

Once that’s all assembled, you’re still on the hook if something does not work correctly, or the dish does not come out quite how you wanted it. It’s on you to fix it. You’re on your own.
