OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
The Operations Admin is responsible for greeting clients, directing incoming phone traffic, generating service tickets while maneuvering between daily tasks, on-going projects and sudden emergencies that may arise. The Operations Administrator is the first person that our clients will interact with whether via phone or in person. They will provide daily administrative oversight by working with our Tech Team and Operations Director. This role requires an organized, self-motivated individual to be successful in this role. This candidate will be a service-oriented problem solver who can interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff while completing a variety of daily tasks and weekly projects without constant reminders to stay on task.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Communicate with clients via phone and email
- Work within company ticketing system to generate, update and track service tickets
- Communicate with Tech Team members regarding support tickets
- Schedule client appointments
- Enter receivables and payables via QuickBooks
- Assist Operations Team with other related projects
- Create and Edit Blogs
Qualifications Required:
- Knowledge and understanding of computer hardware terminology
- Candidate must possess a positive attitude and be punctual
- Has a genuine interest in Technology and SEO
- Ability to access and use Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks and Adobe products
- Special Consideration for applicants that knowledgeable in SEO/Marketing, QuickBooks, ConnectWise, blog writing, Photoshop
- BA or BS Preferred. Current enrollment in college ok
- Confidentiality Agreement Consent, Drug Screen and Background Check required
